The packaging acts as a barrier, allowing gas release from coffee beans
while preventing external oxygen from entering and damaging the product.
-The aroma valve used in Coffeenart shows similar performance to the
'G' valve from Italyin comparative testing.It is coated with edible oil insid
e the film, effectively blocking external oxygen.
-If the internal gas pressure exceeds a certain threshold,the valve will au
tomatically open to release the gas. Therefore, depending on the type of
coffee beans and the degree of roasting, the bag may expand. However,
if gas is released when pressing the valve, it is not considered a def
ect. We recommend stacking and storing the bags together for packagin
g and storage purposes.
-We can attach the valve within a possible range of up to 12cm from the b
ag's opening, according to your request. However, if there is no specific
request, the valve will be attached at the default position below. (Plea
se make sure to include the attachment location in he delivery reques
t notes when placing an online order or request the attachment locati
on via phone or email)
-Based on the results of measuring the oxygen concentration inside the p
ackaging material every 72 hours for a period of 51 days using a gas ana
lyzer at KCL(Korea Construction Living Environment Testing Research In
stitute), it can be observed that our aroma valve effectively blocks ex
ternal oxygen, as evidenced by the consistent oxygen values over time.

urposes only and needs to be purchased separately from the bag
product.
-There is doublesided tape attached to the back, making it easy to stick.
If you request attachment, there will be an additional cost. When attachi
ng the tin tie, you can choose the side to attach it to and please note
that the height is fixed at 2cm.
Product Colors
-Due to the nature of paper and vinyl materials, there may be slight co
lor variations for eachpart. Additionally, there may be a difference in
color between what is seen on a computer and the actual product.
Therefore, it's recommended to receive a sample before making a purc
hase.
Printing Colors
-In the case of silk screen printing, since all processes are done manual
ly, it is not possible to achieve a 100% match with the desired color.
If you provide a color code or a physical sample, a more accurate color
can be achieved, but some degree of tolerance should be considered.
-In the case of digital printing, the color deviation range is narrower com
pared to manual printing. However, there may still be some deviation
between the colors printed on regular paper and the colors seen on
a computer.
Product Size
-The products are manufactured uniformly in the factory, but there may
be slight differences between the sizes stated in the detailed descr
iption and the actual product size due to factors such as the slipperines
s of the bag material during processing and cutting.
We recommend that you receive samples for the actual products you wil
l be using and try filling them with coffee beans yourself before making a
purchase and proceeding with printing.

Printing Size
-For printing on ready-made products, we offer screen printing and foil pr
inting methods, and each method has its own printable range. For simple
logos and content, these methods work well. However, for larger box shap
es and patterns, we recommend contacting our headquarters to confirm th
e feasibility of printing.

You are eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:
- You can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days of receiving your contract details. If the delivery is delayed after you have received your contract details, you can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days upon receipt of your order or after the start of the shipping date.

- If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order.
- If the provision of digital content has already commenced. (However, this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content.)
